Their is one option to share media with friend which is fast and quick named as 'Airdrop'. Airdrop is one of the feature of iPhone as well as Mac.

 Airdrop share photos, videos etc over the wireless network without using any data and very quickly.
Airdrop give access to user to share documents, photos between Mac users. Today we discuss on how to share media between Mac's user through Airdrop. Mac Os has different methods to airdrop the files with others. We discuss on following topics :-

1.  First step is setup your Airdrop.
2.  Then select "Go" from the finder menu of Mac
3.  Then select Airdrop from number of options
4.  The airdrop menu will appear
5.  In this, you see number of users who are available
6.  Now, simply drop the files that you want to share on sender image or name.
7.  When you drop all the items that you want to share then click on "Send" button.
8.  After clicking your files will send to your friends.

2. Airdrop through context menu on Mac OS:-

There is also an other option to use airdrop that is context menu. This method is also very simple. In this, user use right click instead of drag and drop. Follow these steps to understand how to use it :-

1.   Select file that you want to share or
2.   Start Finder on your Mac
3.   Find and select file that you want to share
4.   Then right click on item
5.   A drop down menu will appear
6.   Select Share option. It has other sub menu
7.   Choose Airdrop from the sub menu.
8.   Airdrop display is on
9.   Which contains list of user
10.   Select picture of user with which you want to share your files
11.   And then click on done.
12.   Your files will send to user.

3. Airdrop through share sheet on Mac OS:-

There is also one more option to airdrop the files on Mac that is Share Sheet or you can say Share button. Follow these steps to understand it:-

1.  In this, you simple click on share button
2.  That is usually on right top of screen
3.  Sub menu of Share will display
4.  Select Airdrop
5.  Airdrop menu or list of available user will appear
6.  Choose picture or user with which you want to share
7.  When recipient accept your request
8.  The file will send and it is done.

4. Things to keep in mind:-

While using Airdrop on Mac some important points that you should keep in mind are:-

1. If both of you the sender and receiver signed in iCloud then items are accepted and stored automatically.
2. But if the receiver is not signed in iCloud then items are not stores till the receiver accept your request.
